With our email archiving solution, all inbound, outbound, and internal email is stored in the archive database as the email is processed by the mail server. Even if an email is deleted by an end user or administrator, it is still available for searching and recovery in the archive, even any attachments there might have been with the email. Email can easily be recovered to your Outlook email folders or separate PST files. For security reasons, users have access to search and retrieve email sent or received by them by default. We can establish additional rules to allow searching and retrieval of additional user or group email as desired by management. We recommend using our Email Spam Filter service in conjunction with archiving your emails, so you don’t get an archive full of junk email.
